备战赛会制比赛准备期设计与训练安排研究——以浙江工商大学高水平男足为例

摘　　要：赛会制比赛是大学生足球比赛常见的赛事形式,为有效应对这一赛制,在结合大学生足球队员学习、生活、训练特点的基础上,运用文献资料法、周期训练法、观察记录法对高校高水平足球队训练过程中的准备期训练安排展开研究,旨在探讨适合大学生赛事和结合大学生学习特点的准备方案。研究结果表明:结合大学生赛会制比赛所设计的准备期安排符合大周期训练模式;准备阶段的热身赛成绩能够良好地反映准备期的训练质量;在不同的训练阶段安排的训练内容符合《中国足协青训大纲》的要求。The competition system is a common form of college football competition,in order to effectively cope with this competition system,based on the study,life,and training characteristics of college football players,this study uses the methods of literature review,periodic training,and observation records to study the preparation period training arrangement for high-level college football teams in the training process.The aim is to explore a preparation period plan suitable for college football competitions and combined with the study characteristics of college students.The research results indicate that the preparation period arrangement designed in combination with the college student competition system is in line with the large cycle training mode;the warm-up results during the preparation phase can effectively reflect the quality of training during the preparation phase;and the contents of the training arranged in different training phases are in line with the requirements of the Youth Training Program of the Chinese Football Association(CFA).
