摘  要:新型抑制剂的研发与运用一直是铜钼分离领域的重点研究方向。羧甲基钠三硫代碳酸钠(DCMT)是一种小分子有机物,可通过有机取代反应合成。通过试验验证DCMT抑制黄铜矿的功效优于硫化钠的同时,对现有DCMT在铜钼分离过程中的研究进行了评述与分析,在经济、环保与浮选效果方面,DCMT相对铜钼分离常用抑制剂硫化钠、硫氢化钠和氰化钠在抑制黄铜矿方面具备优越性;阐述了关于DCMT抑铜机制的研究,发现DCMT的抑铜机制尚未统一,主要是关于DCMT的官能团-COO-,-CS_(3)与黄铜矿表面作用的方式有不同的见解,有待进一步研究。最后,指出了目前DCMT尚未在硫化铜钼矿上得到大面积推广应用所存在的问题,并提出了今后的研究方向:考虑不同矿浆环境对DCMT的影响,通过电化学、浮选配位化学等理论进一步完善DCMT的抑铜机制,通过药剂分子设计理论对DCMT进行完善。从而使DCMT更为绿色、高效,以促进中国硫化铜钼矿资源的综合利用。As a rare metal,molybdenum plays a variety of roles in industrial development and is indispensable for the development of the national economy,mainly from molybdenite.Molybdenite is often co-associated with chalcopyrite in copper-molybdenum deposits.In order to utilize the copper and molybdenum resources in copper-molybdenum deposits as comprehensively as possible,many mineral processing methods are applied to separate copper and molybdenum,but flotation is still one of the most widely cited and cost-effective methods.According to the differences in the nature of minerals in copper-molybdenum deposits,the general flotation principle process mainly includes preferential flotation process,mixed flotation process and equal floatable process,but the mixed flotation process is often used in industry.The mixed flotation process mainly inhibits the gangue minerals in copper and molybdenum ore through inhibitors,then traps chalcopyrite and molybdenite through the trapping agent,and then brings out chalcopyrite and molybdenite through froth,which becomes froth product to get copper and molybdenum mixed concentrate,and then after pretreatment,the copper and molybdenum mixed concentrate inhibits chalcopyrite or molybdenite through inhibitors to get molybdenum concentrate with grade above 45%,generally,the industry adopts the process of inhibiting chalcopyrite to trap molybdenite for copper and molybdenum mixed concentrate.However,when using a mixed flotation process,in order to obtain a mixed copper-molybdenum concentrate,sulfide traps such as xanthate are often used.These traps adsorb on the surface of chalcopyrite,making the floatability gap between chalcopyrite and molybdenum,which originally had a small floatability gap,further narrow,thus leading to certain difficulties in sorting.In view of the problems faced in mixed flotation,researchers had done a lot of research work,for example,starting from the economic cost,the magnetic separation-flotation combination for copper-molybdenum mixed concentrate,removing chalcopyri
