摘  要:举重属于较强势的项目,对运动员心理与生理承受能力要求较高,尤其女子举重运动员更应注重综合训练,提升心理素质。对此,应有效分析女子举重运动员心理影响因素,以制定针对性的缓解方案,通过自我暗示、冥想训练、表象训练、呼吸调节等方式促使运动员形成良好的竞技状态,以便在比赛中发挥最高水平。该文在此基础上分析了女子举重运动员赛前存在的心理问题,从不同方面提出了心理训练方法,以期为举重运动员赛前训练提供更多借鉴。Weightlfting is a relatively strong event,which requires athletes psychological and physical endurance,especially female weightlifters should pay more attention to comprehensive training toimprove their psychological quality.In this regard,the psychological factors affecting female weightlifters should be effectively analyzed in order to formulate targeted relief programs,and through self-suggestion,meditation training,imagery training,breathing adjustmentand other ways to promote athletes to form a good state of mind,so that they canplay the highest level in the competition.On this basis,this paper analyzes the psychological problems of female weightlifters before the competition,and puts forward psychological training methods from different aspects in order to provide more reference for weightlifters'pre-competition training.
