摘 要:以Ph_2C(Cp)(Flu)ZrCl_2为主催化剂,甲基铝氧烷(MAO)或有机硼+有机铝为助催化剂,同时引入位阻酚为第三组分,催化乙烯与降冰片烯(NBE)共聚。利用GPC,DSC,~(13)C NMR等方法对聚合物进行了表征,研究了第三组分对NBE插入率、聚合活性、聚合物分子量及玻璃化转变温度的影响。实验结果表明,第三组分的引入可以提升NBE插入率,且对NBE在聚合物链内分布产生影响。同时,对于MAO活化的催化体系,聚合活性下降,聚合物分子量提高,而有机硼+有机铝活化的催化体系表现则相反。To catalyze the copolymerization of ethylene and norbornene(NBE),Ph2C(Cp)(Flu)ZrCl2 was used as the main catalyst and methylaluminoxane(MAO)or the combination of organoboron and organoaluminum as the co-catalysts,with sterically hindered phenols introduced as the third component(TC).The resulted polymer was characterized by GPC,DSC,and 13C NMR,and the effects of TCs on NBE incorporation,polymerization activity,polymer molecular weight,and glass transition temperature were studied.Results show that the introduction of TCs can improve the incorporation of NBE and affect the distribution of NBE in the polymer chain.At the same time,in the MAO-activated catalytic system,the polymerization activity decreases and the molecular weight of the polymer increases,while the catalytic system activated by the combination of organoboron and organoaluminum shows the opposite behavior.
