摘 要:由于透明质酸在维持和恢复关节功能中的重要作用,以透明质酸制备的水凝胶材料被广泛用于骨关节炎的治疗中。微凝胶作为新形式的水凝胶材料,因其小尺寸的特征而具有许多独特的优势,是近年来的研究热点之一。随着微凝胶制备技术的不断发展,基于透明质酸的微凝胶逐渐被用于构建骨关节炎治疗体系。综述了目前透明质酸微凝胶的常见制备方法及不同制备方法的优缺点,总结了透明质酸微凝胶在骨关节炎治疗中的应用进展,并对未来发展方向进行了展望。Since hyaluronic acid is highly effective for maintaining and recovering the function of joints,hyaluronic acid-based hydrogels are widely applied in the treatment of osteoarthritis.As a new form of hydrogel,the microgel has many unique advantages for its small dimension,thereby becoming a research hotspot in recent years.Hyaluronic acid-based microgels have gradually been used to construct osteoarthritis therapeutic systems as the techniques of microgel preparation develop.In this paper,the common preparation methods of hyaluronic acid-based microgels and the advantages and disadvantages of different preparation methods were reviewed.The application of hyaluronic acid-based microgels in treating osteoarthritis was summarized,and future development was also prospected.
