摘 要:闽江主流沙溪流域集控中心建成后,必须构建基于集控中心的流域水调自动化系统,以集合全流域水情信息,从而加快流域梯级水电站水库调度的决策与响应速度,提高沙溪流域水电集群的综合效益。基于集控中心的沙溪流域梯级电站水调自动化系统建设包括架构“集控中心”、水调自动化系统建设模式、业务节点互联、水情测报系统站点布设、通信组网设计、洪水预报对象规划等,该方案可对水调系统全要素和水调全过程进行数字化映射、智慧化模拟,实现与水电站、设备、气象的同步仿真运行、虚实交互、迭代优化,支撑精准化决策,助力流域梯级水电站绿色高质量发展。The establishment of the centralized control center in Shaxi Basin requires the construction of an automatic system based on the center to collect the water information of the whole basin,so as to accelerate the decision-making and response speed of cascade hydro-power stations and improve the comprehensive benefits of the hydro-power cluster in Shaxi Basin.The construction of water regulation automation system of cascade power stations in Shaxi Basin based on the centralized control center includes the framework of centralized control center,the construction of water regulation automation system,the interconnection of service nodes,the layout of water monitoring and reporting system,the design of communication network,and the planning of flood forecast objects,etc.The scheme can carry out digital mapping and intelligent simulation of all elements of the water regulation system and the whole process of water regulation,and realize synchronous simulation operation,virtual and real interaction,and iterative optimization with hydro-power stations,equipment and weather,offering accurate decision-making to enhance high-quality development of cascade hydro-power stations in the basin.
