摘  要:为探讨输水隧洞混凝土衬砌施工技术,结合引绰济辽输水工程隧洞段施工第五标实践,从混凝土衬砌施工的重难点入手,分析了施工设备选型、衬砌混凝土配合比、洞内排水阻水施工、混凝土衬砌施工等技术要点,并提出具体的应用效果。实践得出:混凝土衬砌施工长期以来都是输水隧洞施工的难点和重点,决定着工程总体质量,在实际衬砌施工中严控设备选型,洞内排水、阻水,混凝土最优配合比及混凝土衬砌施工,是提升输水隧洞工程混凝土衬砌效果的关键,应在实际施工中高度重视。In order to discuss the construction technology of concrete lining of water conveyance tunnel,combined with the construction practice of fifth lot for the tunnel section of water conveyance project from Chao er to Xiliao,the key technical points of concrete lining construction are analyzed,including the selection of construction equipment,the mix ratio of lining concrete,the construction of water drainage and blocking in cave,and the specific application results are put forward.The practice concludes that concrete lining construction has long been the difficulty and key point of the construction of water conveyance tunnel,which determines the overall quality of the project.In actual lining construction,strict control of equipment selection,full drainage and water blocking in the tunnel,the selection of optimal mix ratio of concrete and the conduct of key points of concrete lining construction are vital to improve the concrete lining effect of water conveyance tunnel project,which is worthy of great attention in the actual construction.
