摘  要:建立单轮对曲线通过动态仿真模型,对钢轨波浪形磨耗(以下简称波磨)的微观机理进行仿真研究。Simulink模型的建立考虑了轮对的弹性体模态、轨道的横向弹性、波磨段轴重的余弦振荡、轮轨间的黏滑振动、实际蠕滑力特性曲线的负梯度特性与饱和点右移特征。仿真结果表明,在无波磨段的圆曲线轨道上发生了均匀的轮轨黏滑振动,在初期波磨段发生了周期性的不均匀黏滑振动,解释了初期波磨产生的微观机理。Through dynamic simulation model,microscopic mechanism of rail wavy-grinding is simulated and studied.The establishment of the Simulink model considers the elastic mode of wheelset,the transverse elasticity of track,the cosine oscillation of the axial load in the wave wear section,the stick-slip vibration between wheel and rail,the negative gradient characteristic of the actual creep force curve and the right shift of saturation point.The simulation results show that uniform stick-slip vibration occurs in the circular curve track without wave wear,and periodic non-uniform stick-slip vibration occurs in the initial wave wear,which explains the microscopic mechanism of the initial wave wear.
