摘 要:机械零部件在服役过程中不可避免地经历摩擦和磨损,导致性能退化和使用寿命缩短,甚至引发安全事故。认识摩擦磨损机理,优化设计方案和制造工艺,对于提升机械装备的可靠性和耐久性至关重要。文章系统阐述机械零部件摩擦磨损的概念、主要影响因素、典型失效机制及测试表征方法,在此基础上,重点探讨控制摩擦磨损的策略,包括材料选择、表面处理、润滑优化和结构设计,旨在为机械工程领域的设计和制造提供理论指导。Mechanical parts inevitably experience friction and wear during service,leading to performance degradation and shortened service life,and even leading to safety accidents.Understanding the mechanism of friction and wear,optimizing the design scheme and manufacturing process are very important for improving the reliability and durability of mechanical equipment.This paper systematically describes the concept of friction and wear of mechanical parts,main influencing factors,typical failure mechanisms and test and characterization methods.On this basis,it focuses on the strategy of controlling friction and wear,including material selection,surface treatment,lubrication optimization and structural design,in order to provide theoretical guidance for the design and manufacture of mechanical engineering.
