摘 要:在现代工业生产过程中,液压系统因其功率大、配置灵活、控制精准而广泛应用于各种重型机械和自动化设备。纯水液压支架是一种新型环保节能的支撑装置,而液压缸是液压支架的动力执行元件。纯水液压支架液压缸的密封性能直接影响液压系统的工作效率和使用寿命。良好的密封性能可以防止液压油泄漏,保证液压油的清洁度,减少环境污染,同时避免因油液损失导致系统压力下降和操作不稳定。因此,分析液压缸的密封性能,对于提高液压支架的整体性能具有重要意义。在此背景下,针对纯水液压支架液压缸的密封性能进行系统分析,以提高液压缸的使用寿命和可靠性,确保其正常安全运作。In modern industrial production processes,hydraulic systems are widely used in various heavy machinery and automation equipment due to their high power,flexible configuration,and precise control.Pure water hydraulic support is a new type of environmentally friendly and energy-saving support device,and the hydraulic cylinder is the power actuating element of the hydraulic support.The sealing performance of hydraulic cylinders in pure water hydraulic supports directly affects the working efficiency and service life of hydraulic systems.Good sealing performance can prevent hydraulic oil leakage,ensure the cleanliness of hydraulic oil,reduce environmental pollution,and avoid system pressure drop and unstable operation caused by oil loss.Therefore,analyzing the sealing performance of hydraulic cylinders is of great significance for improving the overall performance of hydraulic supports.In this context,a systematic analysis is conducted on the sealing performance of pure water hydraulic support hydraulic cylinders to improve their service life and reliability,and ensure their normal and safe operation.
