矿用绞车减速器的关键部件的轻量化设计研究

摘  要:以2JTPB-1.6×1.2P型矿用绞车为例,基于有限元分析对矿用绞车减速器的关键部件进行轻量化设计。首先通过有限元分析确定各关键部件的薄弱点,其次提出几种减速器关键部件的轻量化设计方案,最后再次进行有限元分析,选出最佳方案。该轻量化设计方案的实际应用效果显示,相对于原绞车减速器,优化后的减速器总质量下降了13.64%,但性能依然符合要求,表明轻量化设计方案合理。Taking 2JTPB-1.6x1.2P type mine winch as an example,the lightweight design of key components of mine winch reducer is carried out based on finite element analysis.Firstly,through finite element analysis,the weak points of each key component are determined.Secondly,several lightweight design schemes of key components of the reducer are proposed.Finally,finite element analysis is carried out again to select the best scheme.The practical application of the lightweight design scheme shows that compared with the original winch reducer,the total mass of the optimized reducer is reduced by 13.64%,but the performance still meets the requirements,indicating that the lightweight design scheme is reasonable.
