提高锅炉制造生产中焊接质量的思考

摘　　要：针对锅炉及锅炉的制造生产过程进行简要概述,分析锅炉制造生产过程中的焊接技术,结合锅炉制造生产过程中出现的实际情况,阐述锅炉制造生产过程中存在的选材不当、咬边、技术水平较低等问题,并从加强焊接的事前质控、事中质控、事后质控,建立健全质量管理体系,加强技术更新等方面,提出提高锅炉制造生产质量的对策,以期为锅炉生产企业提高锅炉制造生产中的焊接质量提供借鉴。This paper first gives a brief overview of the boiler and boiler manufacturing process,and makes a brief analysis of the welding technology in the boiler manufacturing process.Combined with the actual situation of boiler manufacturing production process,the problems existing in the boiler production process,defects are analyzed,the existing problems are the improper material selection,biting problems,low technical level,and the existing problems from strengthening the welding advance,matter and afterwards quality control and establish and improve the quality management system,strengthen technology update put forward the countermeasures to improve the quality of boiler manufacturing production.We hope to provide corresponding ideas for improving the welding quality in boiler manufacturing enterprises.
