含笑可挥发性成分分析及生物活性研究

摘　　要：为了解含笑精油成分,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取含笑精油,通过气相色谱质谱联用仪(GC-MS)分析测定含笑精油的可挥发性成分,并检测含笑精油的抗氧化活性、抑菌活性和拒食活性。结果表明:含笑精油可鉴定49种成分,占精油总成分的92.41%,主要成分有:β-榄香烯、大根香叶烯B、榄香醇、榄香烯、β-蒎烯、异丁香烯、十七烷四烯、双环大根香叶烯等,抗氧化试验表明含笑精油对ABTs和DPPH自由基均有较强抗氧化活性,同时均具有良好抑菌活性和拒食活性。In order to understand the components of the essential oil of Michelia figo,its essential oils were obtained by steam distillation method,and the volatile components were analyzed and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),and the antioxidant,antibacterial and antifeedant activities of the essential oil were tested.The results showed that 48 compounds were identified in Michelia figo,and the total content was 93.20%.The main ingredients include:β-elemene,elemene B,elemenol,elemene,β-pinene,isobutylene,heptadecanetetraene,bicyclic elemene,etc.The antioxidant test shows that the essential oil of michelia has strong antioxidant activity,good antibacterial activity,and anti feeding activity against ABTs and DPPH free radicals.
