摘　　要：在铁路行业积极探索数字化发展新道路的进程中,铁路通信的数字化转型成为数字时代下推动铁路行业创新升级的强大引擎。首先,通过深入探究铁路行业、电信行业、专用通信行业,以及铁路通信行业的发展历程,全面阐述铁路通信数字化转型的必要性与可行性,进一步明确铁路通信数字化转型的深刻内涵,从基础设施升级、业务模式创新、生态系统优化3个关键领域出发,系统分析铁路通信数字化转型的主要特征;其次,详细剖析铁路通信在数字化转型过程中面临的各种挑战与问题,并从业务模式、云网融合、智能运营3个关键层面提出具体的转型路径与策略;最后,从企业微观、行业中观、国家宏观层面,为铁路通信的数字化转型提供一系列切实可行的发展建议,以实现铁路通信数字化转型的核心目标。铁路通信数字化转型将进一步推动铁路行业的数字化转型,为铁路实现高质量发展与现代化提供强大支撑。In progress of the railway industry actively exploring new avenues for digital development,the digital transformation of railway communication has become a powerful engine driving innovation and upgrading in the railway sector.Firstly,by deeply exploring the historical development of railways,telecommunications,dedicated communication and railways communication,this paper comprehensively expounds the necessity and feasibility of the digital transformation of railway communication,further clarifies the profound implications of digital transformation of railway communication and systematically analyzes its primary characteristics from three key domains:infrastructure upgrades,business model innovation,and ecosystem optimization.Secondly,this paper thoroughly analyzes the challenges and issues faced during the digital transformation process of railway communication.Accordingly,it also proposes specific transformation paths and strategies from three critical perspectives:business mode,cloud-network convergence and intelligent operations.Finally,this paper provides practical development recommendations from the micro-level of enterprises,the meso-level of the industry,and the macro-level of the country to achieve the core objectives of the digital transformation of railway communication.The digital transformation of railway communication will further promote the digital transformation of the railway industry,providing strong support for the high-quality development and modernization of railways.
