摘　　要：为保障“四网融合”背景下的市域(郊)铁路统一指挥和高效协同,对市域(郊)铁路调度通信技术进行深入研究,分析市域(郊)铁路线网运营和跨线运行的调度通信需求。对比干线铁路和城市轨道交通调度通信技术制式,选择基于多媒体调度和关键任务服务宽带集群的有线/无线融合技术方案。提出满足市域(郊)铁路线网运营模式的调度通信系统架构,按线网中心、线路中心、车站分级部署,可满足市域(郊)铁路同一线网中心内部的跨线运营需求。基于按线路调度运营的原则,结合四网融合跨线运营场景,设计市域(郊)铁路与干线铁路(含城际铁路)、城市轨道交通的调度通信系统互联互通方案,为推动都市圈的市域(郊)铁路网的建设以及轨道交通“四网融合”的跨线运行提供更有利的条件。In order to ensure the unified command and efficient cooperation of suburban railway under the background of“Four-network Integration”(FNI),this paper carries out in-depth research on the dispatching communication technology of suburban railway and analyzes the dispatching communication requirements of suburban railway network operation and cross-line operation,compares the dispatching communication technology standard of trunk railway and urban rail transit and selects the technical solution of wired and wireless integration based on multimedia dispatching and Mission Critical Services(MCX)broadband trunking.This paper puts forward the dispatching communication system architecture meeting the operation mode of the suburban railway network.It is deployed according to the network center,line center and station level,and can meet the crossline operation requirements of the suburban railway in the same network center.Based on the principle of line dispatching operation,and in combination with the cross-line operation scenario under FNI,this paper designs the interoperation scheme of the dispatching communication system of suburban railway and main railway line(including intercity railway)and urban rail transit,which provides more favorable conditions for promoting the construction of suburban railway network and cross-line operation of FNI development of rail transit.
