摘  要:随着动车组家族的逐步壮大扩充,在用的动车组检修库机车信号测试环线设置已无法满足搭载不同车载设备的不同车型测试需求,需要不断施工改造优化。为探讨设计适用于多元化车型的环线铺设最优方案,以新建南昌东动车运用所环线铺设设计为例,通过数据采集、场景分析、模型建立等方式,实现不同场景下测试功能需求,逐一求解极限情况下动车组位置数据,确认库内测试环线电缆铺设边界相对位置,从而使设计方案兼具科学精确、灵活可变、包容性强等特点。该方案已在南昌东动车运用所环线铺设中得到实际运用,充分体现出安全可靠和应用便利等特点。With the gradual growth and expansion of the EMU family,the cab signal testing loop in use in the EMU maintenance workshop can no longer meet the functional requirements of different types of EMUs equipped with different train control on-board equipment,continuous construction,renovation,and optimization are needed.In order to explore the optimal scheme for designing a loop layout suitable for various types of EMUs,taking the design of the loop layout of the newly built Nanchang east high-speed railway operation station as an example,through data collection,scenario analysis,and model establishment,the testing functional requirements in different scenarios are achieved.The position data of EMU under extreme conditions are solved one by one to confirm the relative position of the testing loop cable laying boundary in the workshop,so that the design scheme has the characteristics of scientific accuracy,flexibility,and strong inclusiveness.This technical scheme has been put into practical use on the loop layout of Nanchang east EMU workshop,fully reflecting the characteristics of safety,reliability,and convenient adaptation.
