摘  要:建立了超高效液相色谱-三重四级杆线性离子阱串联质谱测定化妆品中α-三联噻吩的检测方法。膏霜、乳液、水剂基质的化妆品样品经甲醇超声提取20 min,采用Agilent Infinitylab Poroshell 120 SB-C_(18)色谱柱,以0.1%(质量分数)甲酸水溶液-甲醇为流动相梯度分离,流量为0.3 mL/min,柱温为40℃。质谱配备电喷雾离子源,采用正离子多反应监测模式进行测定。在三种基质中,α-三联噻吩的质量浓度在0.002~0.2μg/mL范围内与色谱峰面积呈良好线性关系,相关系数大于0.999,检出限为0.008 mg/kg。低、中、高三个浓度水平的空白基质加标回收率为88.4%~100.4%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.8%~3.8%(n=6)。该方法为化妆品中α-三联噻吩的定性及痕量分析提供了一种快捷可靠的检测手段。An ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole linear ion-trap mass spectrometry(UPLC-QTRAP-MS/MS)was developed for determination ofα-terthiophene in cosmetics.Cosmetics samples(cream,lotion and toner)were extracted with methanol for 20 min,separated with an Agilent Infinitylab Poroshell 120 SB-C_(18) column by gradient elution,eluted with 0.1%(mass fraction)formic acid aqueous solution-methanol as mobile phase at 40℃and a flow rate of 0.3 mL/min,then determined by MS equipped with an electrospray ion source in positive modes under the MRM mode.For all the 3 matrix samples,the masse concentration ofα-terthiophene had a good linearity with the concentration range of 0.002-0.2μg/mL,the correlation coefficients were more than 0.999,and the detection limits were 0.008 mg/kg.The average recoveries were 88.4%-100.4%,the relative standard deviations of the measurement results were 1.8%-3.8%(n=6).The method can be used as a efficient and reliable method for the qualitative and quantitative analysis and even trace analysis ofα-terthiophene in cosmetics.
