摘 要:建立了一种快速消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定发酵虫草菌粉中钾、镁、钙、锰、锌、铅、镉、铝、砷9种元素的含量。采用纯硝酸快速消解发酵虫草菌粉标准物质样品后,冷却,定容后利用电感耦合等离子体质谱法进行测定。结果表明,以锗、铟、铋元素作为内标,9种元素的质量浓度在0~50 mg/L范围内与吸光度具有较好的线性关系,线性相关系数均不小于0.998,检出限为0.010~0.038 mg/kg,定量限为0.042~0.125 mg/kg。对发酵虫草菌粉样品进行测定,9种元素加标回收率为96.8%~109.3%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.03%~6.98%(n=6)。该方法可用于大批量发酵虫草菌粉检测钾、镁、钙、锰、锌、铅、镉、铝、砷含量。A fast digestion-inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry method was established to determine 9 metals in fermented Cordyceps sinensis powder,such as K,Mg,Ca,Mn,Zn,Mo,Pb,Cd,Al and As.Hydrochloric acid was used for the fast digestion of fermented Cordyceps sinensis powder reference materials.After cooling and volumetric fixing,inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was exploited for determination.The results indicated that utilizing Ge,In,Bi as the internal standard.The mass concentration of the 9 elements in the range of 0-50 mg/L had a good linearity with the absorbance,the corelation coefficients were all not less than 0.9998.The detection limits were 0.010-0.038 mg/kg,and the quantification limits were 0.042-0.125 mg/kg.The determination of fermented cordyceps powder samples showed that the recovery rates of 9 elements were 96.8%-109.3%,and the relative standard deviation of the determination results was 1.03%-6.98%(n=6).This method is suitable for the detection of K,Mg,Ca,Mn,Zn,Mo,Pb,Cd,Al and As in large quantities of fermented Cordyceps sinensis powder samples.
