摘 要:建立火试金重量法测定含铋矿物中金银的含量。称取0.50~5.00 g含铋矿物样品,加入硝酸溶液(体积比为1∶1)消解15 min,消解温度为170℃,用活性炭吸附金、硫氰酸钾沉淀银,将吸附金的活性炭和硫氰酸银沉淀置于试金干锅中,加入试金试剂,置于高温电炉中熔融、灰吹、分金,重量法测定含铋矿物中金和银的含量。利用该方法对3个含铋矿物样品进行测定,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.413%~0.735%(n=7),加标回收率为97.46%~101.90%。该方法适用于含铋矿物中金、银的准确测定。A method was established for the determination of gold and silver in bismuth-containing materials by fire assay gravimetry.A sample of bismuth-containing mineral was taken from 0.50 g to 5.00 g and dissolved in nitric acid solution(The volume ratio was 1∶1)for 15 min at a digestion temperature of 170℃.Gold was absorbed by activated carbon and silver was precipitated by potassium thiocyanate.The content of gold and silver in bismuthcontaining minerals was determined by gravimetry after melting,ash blowing and gold separation in high temperature electric furnace.The method was used to determine 3 bismuth-containing mineral samples,the relative standard deviations were 0.413%-0.735%(n=7),and the recoveries were 97.46%-101.90%.It is suitable for the accurate determination of gold and silver content in bismuth-bearing mineras.
