摘  要:建立氟化氢气体检测仪的校准方法,评定了校准结果不确定度。介绍了氟化氢气体检测仪的检测原理和应用,分析了目前该类仪器存在相应的计量技术规范缺失的问题现状。利用氟化氢气体标准物质进行实验,选择仪器的示值误差、测量重复性和响应时间作为主要的校准项目。通过实验和参考其他技术规范给出了参考技术指标:绝对误差为±3μmol/mol,或者相对示值误差不大于±10%,满足其中之一即可;重复性不大于3%,响应时间不大于90 s。利用校准案例对校准方法进行验证,结果表明该校准方法切实可行,给出的参考技术指标较为合理。The calibration method of hydrogen fluoride gas detector was established,and the uncertainty of the calibration results was evaluated.The detection principle and application of hydrogen fluoride gas detector were introduced,and the current situation of the lack of corresponding measurement technical specifications of this type of instrument was analyzed.The hydrogen fluoride gas reference material was used for the experiment,and the indication error,measurement repeatability,and response time of the instrument were selected as the main calibration items.Through experiments and referring to other technical specifications,the reference technical indicators were given:the absolute error was±3μmol/mol,or the relative indication error was not more than±10%,which could satisfy one of them;The repeatability was not more than 3%,and the response time was not more than 90 s.The calibration method was verified by using the calibration case,and the results show that the calibration method is feasible and the reference technical indicators are reasonable.
