摘  要:为研究PBA工法联合微变形控制技术密贴下穿既有车站的施工影响规律,依托北京地铁6号线苹果园站工程,分别建立仅采用PBA工法和PBA工法联合微变形控制技术的有限元分析模型,将两种施工方法引起的既有车站和新建车站变形及应力进行对比分析。其结果表明:仅采用PBA工法时,既有车站轨道结构沉降值在桩柱体系施工完毕超过控制值,并且最终沉降仍然超过控制值近1倍;而采用PBA工法联合微变形控制技术,车站结构和轨道结构最终沉降值分别稳定在-1.53 mm和-1.26 mm,较PBA工法分别减小61%和69%,满足沉降控制要求;微变形控制技术可以减小拱顶及拱肩沉降和拱底隆起,减小初期支护的位移和应力。最后通过对比分析实际监测数据与数值模拟结果,发现两者变形趋势相同,验证了数值模拟的准确性。In order to study the construction influence law of PBA method combined with micro-deformation control technology underneath the existing station,the finite element analysis models of PBA method and PBA method combined with micro-deformation control technology were established respectively based on the project of Ping Guoyuan Station of Beijing Metro Line 6.The deformation and stress of the existing station and the new station caused by the two construction methods were compared and analyzed.The results show that when only the PBA method is used,the settlement value of the track structure of the existing station exceeds the control value after the construction of the pile-column system,and the final settlement still exceeds the control value by nearly twice.By using PBA method combined with micro-deformation control technology,the final settlement values of station structure and track structure are stabilized at-1.53 mm and-1.26 mm respectively,which are 61%and 69%lower than those of PBA method respectively,meeting the requirements of settlement control.Micro-deformation control technology can reduce the settlement of vault and spandrel and the uplift of arch bottom,and reduce the displacement and stress of primary support.Finally,by comparing and analyzing the actual monitoring data and the numerical simulation results,it is found that the deformation trend of the two is the same,which verifies the accuracy of the numerical simulation.
