摘  要:聚焦于医疗建筑地下空间设计的核心挑战,并依托绍兴市妇幼保健院(绍兴市儿童医院)实际设计项目,提出了一系列针对性的设计策略。地下空间固有的问题,如缺乏自然光线、空间辨识度不足、过渡空间体验欠佳以及绿化景观的缺失,均直接影响医疗服务的质量和患者的就医体验。为解决这些问题,通过采用创新的采光设计手法与现有高效采光产品的应用,显著改善了地下空间的光照环境;通过建立明确的标识系统,增强了空间的可辨识度;通过合理规划过渡空间,减轻了使用者的不适感;同时,通过精心的地下景观设计,为医疗建筑的地下环境注入了生机与活力。该研究旨在创造一个明亮、舒适且富有生机的医疗建筑地下空间,不仅提升了空间的品质与使用效率,也为未来医疗建筑地下空间设计的创新与发展提供了宝贵的经验和启示。This paper focuses on the core challenges of underground space design in medical buildings and proposes a series of targeted design strategies based on the actual design project of Xingshi Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital(Shaoxing Children’s Hospital).The inherent problems of underground space,such as lack of natural light,insufficient spatial identification,poor experience of transitional space,and lack of green landscapes,all directly affect the quality of medical services and patients’medical experience.To solve these problems,this paper significantly improves the lighting environment of underground space by adopting innovative lighting design techniques and the application of existing efficient lighting products;it enhances the recognizability of space by establishing a clear identification system;it reduces user discomfort by rationally planning the transition space;at the same time,through carefully designed underground landscapes,vitality and dynamism are injected into the underground environment of medical buildings.This study aims to create a bright,comfortable,and vibrant underground space for medical buildings,which not only improves the quality and efficiency of space but also provides valuable experience and inspiration for the innovation and development of underground space design in future medical buildings.
