摘　　要：焚烧发电是当前城市生活垃圾减量化、资源化和无害化处置的最佳方式之一,焚烧后的炉渣经处理后可广泛应用于多个领域。通过具体的工程案例,分析了将城市生活垃圾焚烧炉渣作为湿拌砂浆骨料导致墙面抹灰爆点的原因,并提出了预防和治理措施。研究结果表明,垃圾焚烧炉渣中氧化钙含量较高,且以过火石灰的形式存在于熔渣中。过火石灰水化反应滞后,后期形成的水化产物体积膨胀,造成墙面爆灰。为预防此类问题,可再生资源公司需对炉渣进行脱碱处理,砂浆公司需对骨料进行pH值和安定性检测。对已发生爆灰的墙面,可采取淋水或加湿密闭措施来促进过火石灰反应。研究结果可为生活垃圾焚烧炉渣在建筑工程领域的合理化应用提供参考。Incineration power generation is one of the best ways to achieve reduction,resource utilization,and harmless disposal of urban domestic waste.The slag can be widely used in various fields after treatment.Through specific engineering cases,this paper analyzes the reasons why using urban domestic waste incineration slag as aggregate in wet-mixed mortar causes plastering explosions on wall surfaces and proposes preventive and remedial measures.The research results show that the incineration slag of domestic waste contains a high content of calcium oxide,which exists in the form of overburned lime in the slag.The delayed hydration reaction of overburned lime leads to volume expansion of the hydration products formed later,resulting in plastering explosions on wall surfaces.To prevent such problems,the renewable resources company needs to alkali-extract the slag,and the mortar company needs to conduct pH and stability tests on the aggregate.For wall surfaces that have already experienced plastering explosions,measures such as sprinkling water or sealing and humidifying can be taken to promote the reaction of overburned lime.The research can provide reference for the rational application of incineration slag from domestic waste in the field of construction engineering.
