摘 要:为了研究大型船闸泵送混凝土自生体积变形变化规律,首先在船闸现场埋设了无应力计筒进行现场监测试验,并通过采集到的混凝土温度-应变实测资料,分析了早龄期泵送混凝土温度-应变变化规律;然后建立了混凝土无应力计测值统计模型表达式,将统计模型系数估计转换为参数反演的数学优化模型,采用仿生算法反演分离出自生体积变形分量,进而分析了早龄期泵送混凝土自生体积变形变化规律。结果表明:混凝土应变随温度变化规律明显,混凝土温度上升,体积膨胀,温度下降,体积收缩,混凝土热膨胀系数均值为6.77×10^(-6)/℃;泵送混凝土自生体积变形为单调收缩型,12 d龄期时收缩值约为-46.09με。In order to study the variation law of autogenous volume deformation of pumping concrete in large ship locks,the stress-free gauge cylinder was buried in the ship lock site for on-site monitoring test,and the temperature-strain variation law of pumping concrete at early age was analyzed through the collected concrete temperature-strain measured data.Then,the statistical model expression of the measured value of the concrete non-stress meter is established,and the statistical model coefficient estimation is converted into a mathematical optimization model of parameter inversion.The bionic algorithm is used to invert and separate the self-generated volume deformation component,and then the self-generated volume deformation variation law of the early-age pumping concrete is analyzed.The results show that the strain of concrete changes obviously with temperature.The temperature of concrete increases,the volume expands,the temperature decreases,and the volume shrinks.The average thermal expansion coefficient of concrete is 6.77×10^(-6)/℃.The autogenous volume deformation of pumping concrete is monotonous shrinkage type,and the shrinkage value at 12 d age is about -46.09με.
