摘　　要：双面不锈钢复合钢管具有显著特点和优势,是新型绿色环保节能减排的管材,具备广阔的应用前景。福建省制定全国首部《给排水工程双面不锈钢复合钢管的应用技术标准》,为该管材在给排水工程领域大规模推广应用提供了基础。在标准的编制过程中,结合管材的特性对海澄-威廉系数、水锤简化计算公式、整体许用应力公式、壁厚公式等关键技术进行分析研究,提出适合的最佳参数和修正公式;并对管材局部部位及特殊环境下的防腐处理、辅料应用、施工过程等重点问题提出了具体的技术解决措施和规定要求,体现了《标准》的创新性、实用性。通过应用案例实践也验证了《标准》技术可靠,指导性和适用性强,能够达到标准编制目的,并取得良好效益。Double sided stainless steel composite steel pipes have significant characteristics and advantages,and are a new type of green,environmentally friendly,energy-saving,and emission reducing pipe with broad application prospects.Fujian Province has formulated the first national technical Standard for the Application of Double Sided Stainless Steel Composite Steel Pipes in Water Supply and Drainage Engineering,providing a foundation for the large-scale promotion and application of this pipe in the field of water supply and drainage engineering.In the process of formulating standards,the Haicheng William coefficient,simplified calculation formula for water hammer,overall allowable stress formula,wall thickness formula,and other contents are analyzed and studied based on the characteristics of the pipe material,and suitable optimal parameters and correction formulas are proposed;and specific technical solutions and regulatory requirements were proposed for key issues such as anti-corrosion treatment of local parts of pipes and special environments,application of auxiliary materials,and construction processes,reflecting the innovation and practicality of the“Standard”.The practical application of case studies has also verified the technical reliability,strong guidance and applicability of the“Standard”,which can achieve the purpose of standard preparation and achieve good benefits.
