摘 要:由于渗滤液具有高浓度、高盐度和高腐蚀性等特性,容易导致污水处理工艺系统中的阀门设备发生渗滤液泄漏、阀门失效等问题,从而需要通过维修或更换技术措施来保障污水处理厂的正常运行。文章研究了在带压不停产条件下更换阀门的技术,采用方案对比、理论分析及模拟实验的方法,结合故障阀门的安装位置、规格、型号及流体介质压力等技术参数,研制了一种用于带压更换阀门的新型堵板组合件及配套的综合技术。研究结果表明,该技术能够在不降低池内液位和不放空管内流体介质的情况下,实现故障阀门的更换,从而确保污水处理厂的正常运营,同时具有操作性强、施工成本低、效率高、安全环保等优点。Due to the high concentration,high salinity,and high corrosiveness of the filtrate,it is easy to cause issues such as filtrate leakage and valve failure in the valve equipment of wastewater treatment process systems,which requires maintenance or replacement measures to ensure the normal operation of the sewage treatment plant.This study investigated the technology of replacing valves under pressure without stopping production,using methods of scheme comparison,theoretical analysis,and simulation experiments.By combining technical parameters such as the installation position,specifications,model,and fluid medium pressure of faulty valves,a new type of plugging plate assembly and supporting comprehensive technology for replacing valves under pressure was developed.The research results show that this technology can replace faulty valves without reducing the liquid level in the tank and without venting the fluid medium inside the pipe,thereby ensuring the normal operation of the sewage treatment plant.It also has the advantages of strong operability,low construction cost,high efficiency,and safety and environmental protection.
