摘  要:北郊污水处理厂总设计规模8.0×10^(4)m^(3)/d,分两期建设,其中一期4.0×10^(4)m^(3)/d,原设计出水执行GB 18918—2002城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准一级B标准。此次新建二期工程并对一期工程提标改造,出水要求达到山西省地方标准DB 14/1928—2019污水综合排放标准。针对厂区可用地少、既有设施能耗高等特点,一期改造主体工艺采用AAO+MBBR工艺,二期新建工程采用增强生物脱氮除磷AAO+MBBR工艺。该工程对全厂构建BIM模型,对核心构筑物生物池采用BIM+CFD进行流态模拟分析,此外还将集约化、智能化、智慧化、可视化等设计理念应用于污水厂设计中,该工程对今后的污水处理厂设计具有一定的借鉴意义。The total design scale of the Beijiao Wastewater Treatment Plant is 8.0×10^(4) m^(3)/d,which is constructed in two phases.The first phase is 4.0×10^(4) m^(3)/d,and the original design discharge standard is the first-class B standard of the“Urban Wastewater Treatment Plant Pollutant Discharge Standard(GB 18918—2002)”.The second phase of the new construction project and the first phase of the standard transformation project require that the discharge meet the local standard“Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard”(DB 14/1928—2019)in Shanxi Province.In view of the characteristics of small available land and high energy consumption of existing facilities,the main process of the first phase transformation adopts the AAO+MBBR process,and the second phase project adopts the enhanced biological denitration and phosphorus removal AAO+MBBR process.This project simulate the flow state of the core structures based on BIM+CFD.This project has certain reference significance for the design of Wastewater Treatment plants in the future.
