摘  要:依托大广高速武吉段九岭山隧道,首先分析了该隧道发生围岩坍塌病害的原因,然后介绍针对于围岩坍塌病害加固措施的确定,通过采用自动化监测的方法对波纹钢板套衬加固效果做出评价。得出主要结论如下:由于烟道横洞下移,原有锚杆设计长度3.0 m偏短,无法锚固大体积岩块,造成主横洞交叉处发生局部坍塌;通过监测数据表明,波纹钢板最大应力发生在拱脚和拱腰位置,拱顶应力最小;采用波纹钢板和化学锚栓能使波纹钢板套衬与原有衬砌有效连接,发挥钢结构的承载能力,对原有衬砌结构有较好的补强作用。Relying on Jiuling Mountain Tunnel in Wuji section of Daguang Expressway,firstly,we analyze the reasons of peripheral rock collapse in this tunnel,then introduce the determination of reinforcement measures for peripheral rock collapse,and evaluate the reinforcing effect of corrugated steel sheet lining by adopting automated monitoring method.The main conclusions are as follows:Due to the downward shift of the flue cross-hole,the original anchor design length of 3.0m is too short to anchor the large volume of rock mass,resulting in localized collapse at the intersection of the main hole and the cross-hole;The monitoring data show that the maximum stress of the corrugated steel plate occurs in the position of the foot of the arch and the waist of the arch,and the stress at the top of the arch is the smallest;The use of the corrugated steel plate and the chemical anchor bolts can make the corrugated steel sheet lining and the original lining effectively connected to play the bearing capacity of steel structure,and the effect of reinforcement is evaluated by using automated monitoring method.The bearing capacity of the steel structure is utilized,and it has a better reinforcing effect on the original lining structure.
