摘  要:新建道路跨越既有铁路采用转体施工设计方案可保证施工过程中既有铁路安全运营。对S10凤合高速中堡特大桥上跨兰渝铁路西河特大桥进行介绍,采用Midas Civil 2021软件对中堡特大桥2-65 m T形刚构桥梁体结构计算分析。同时由于本桥左、右幅梁体结构中心线分别位于曲线半径1492 m和1508 m的曲线上,为保证梁体浇筑过程中转体球铰系统受力均匀,通过采用设置横向球铰偏心的方式解决,为类似桥梁设计提供参考依据。The adoption of a swivel construction design scheme for the construction of new roads crossing existing railways can ensure the safe operation of the existing railways during the construction process.The article introduced the Xihe Grand Bridge crossing the Lanzhou Chongqing Railway on the S10 Fenghe Expressway Zhongbao Grand Bridge.The Midas Civil 2021 software was used to calculate and analyze the 2-65 m T-shaped rigid frame beam structure of Zhongbao Super Large Bridge,verifying the rationality of the T-shaped beam design.At the same time,due to the fact that the center lines of the left and right beam structures of this bridge are located on curves with radii of 1492 m and 1508 m respectively,in order to ensure uniform force distribution of the intermediate ball joint system during the beam pouring process,a method of setting lateral ball joint eccentricity is adopted to solve the problem,providing a reference basis for similar bridge designs.
