摘　　要：对当前物流仓库建筑与传统仓库存在消防问题的差异进行分析,从使用功能、运作模式、安全疏散等方面进行论述,针对当前物流仓库建筑存在消防问题和火灾危害进行研究,采用合理划分室内平面布置、设置防火隔离带扩大防火分区的方法,提出修订完善标准规范和法规、提高建筑耐火等级、配备消防设施器材、提升单位自我管理能力等防控对策,解决现行标准规范在当前物流仓库特殊建筑中的消防技术应用问题。The author analyzes the differences in fire protection issues between current logistics warehouses and traditional warehouses from the aspects of use functions,operation modes,and safe evacuation,and conducts research on fire protection issues and fire hazards in current logistics warehouses,before adopting methods such as reasonable indoor division layout and fire isolation belts to expand fire prevention zoning.The author also proposes prevention and control measures such as revising and improving standard specifications and regulations,improving building fire resistance levels,equipping fire protection facilities,and improving unit self-management capabilities,so as to solve the problem of current standards and specifications about fire protection technology application in the current logistics warehouses.
