摘 要:随着火电机组脱硝系统的普及和超低排放改造的推进,部分电厂的空气预热器频繁出现磨损腐蚀等问题,严重影响了锅炉机组的升负荷和安全稳定运行,同时增加了电厂的运行维护成本,对电厂用户造成了困扰。以5#锅炉空气预热器为例,深入调研和分析空气预热器磨损腐蚀问题,探究其腐蚀原因,并针对性地制定解决措施,为预防和解决空气预热器腐蚀问题提供参考。With the popularization of selective catalytic reduction(SCR)systems and the completion of ultra-low emission retrofitting in thermal power plants,some power plants have frequently encountered issues such as abrasion and corrosion in air preheaters,significantly affecting the load ramp-up and safe stable operation of boiler units,and increasing the operational maintenance costs,causing inconvenience to power plant users.Taking the air preheater of Boiler No.5 as an example,this paper conducts in-depth research and analysis on the abrasion and corrosion issues in air preheaters,explores the reasons behind the corrosion,and formulates targeted solutions,providing reference for the prevention and resolution of corrosion issues in air preheaters.
