摘　　要：民族传统体育是中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,具有丰富的历史文化内涵和独特的体育形式。在当今社会,随着全球化进程的加快和文化多样性的重视,民族传统体育的保护与传承显得尤为重要。然而由于社会发展的快速变迁和人们生活方式的改变,民族传统体育面临着丧失和衰退的风险。因此开设“民族传统体育”课程并将其纳入思政教学体系,不仅有助于传承和弘扬优秀传统文化,而且能够培养学生的民族自豪感和文化认同感,进而为提升学生的学习效果提供参考借鉴。Traditional ethnicsports are an important component of China's excellent traditional culture,with rich historical and cultural connotations and unique forms of sports.In today's society,with the acceleration of globalization and the emphasis on cultural diversity,the protection and inheritance of traditional ethnic sports is particularly important.However,due to the rapid changes in social development and people's lifestyles,traditional ethnic sports are facingthe risk of loss and decline.Therefore,the establishment of thecourse on"Traditional ethnic Sports"and its integration into the ideological and political education system not only helps to inherit and promote excellent traditional culture,but also cultivates students'sense of national pride and cultural identity,thereby providing reference for improving their learning effectiveness.
