摘 要:目的:分析体操教学与本体感觉训练对关节的影响。方法:选取40名体操学生参与研究,将其随机均分为研究组(本体感觉训练联合体操教学)和对照组(功能训练联合体操教学),对比两组受试人员的平衡能力、本体感觉和运动能力。结果:训练前后两组研究对象的平衡能力均有不同程度的提高,其中研究组对象优势一侧的运动椭圆面积、闭眼左右腿单腿站立时长、本体感觉和运动能力与对照组存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:体操教学联合强化的本体感觉训练可以有效提高关节功能,并且能够重点强化踝关节的运动能力和强度承受能力,减少不良事件的发生,使体操教学和训练具有一定的科学性和安全性。Objective:to analyze the impact of gymnastics teaching and proprioceptive training on joints.Method:forty gymnastics students were selected to participate in this study and they were randomly divided into a study group(proprioceptive training combined with gymnastics teaching)and a control group(functional training combined with gymnastics teaching).The balance ability,proprioceptive feeling,and motor ability of the two experimental groups were compared.Results:The balance ability of the subjects in both groups before and after training improved to different degrees,in which the area of the motor ellipse on the dominant side of the subjects in the research group,the length of single-leg standing on the right and left legs with the eyes closed,proprioception and motor ability differed significantly from those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gymnastics teaching combined with enhanced proprioceptive training can effectively improve joint function,and can focus on strengthening the ankle joint's movement ability and intensity tolerance,reducing the occurrence of adverse events,making gymnastics teaching and training with certain scientific and safety.
