摘  要:文章开展172 nm氙准分子消毒器消毒灭菌测试研究,旨在为正确使用消毒器提供支撑。按照消毒程序开启消毒器,采用不同浓度测试活氧浓度、自然菌及白色葡萄球菌等的消毒灭菌效果并进行对比;实际使用高污染量的中药饮片进行灭菌前后的微生物对比,以说明消毒灭菌效果。使用消毒器灭菌,低浓度适当延长消毒时间,可使空气中的微生物消亡率达到90%以上;在高浓度条件下,很短时间就可达到99%以上的微生物消亡率;同时可在人机共处的环境下消毒灭菌,对中药饮片污染菌消毒效果好。氙准分子消毒器消毒灭菌高效、安全、环保,值得推广和应用。This article carries out the disinfection and sterilization test of 172nm xenon excimer sterilizer,and aims to provide support for accurate use of the sterilizer.The sterilizer is turned on according to the disinfection procedure,and the disinfection and sterilization effect is compared by measuring the oxygen concentration,natural bacteria and staphylococcus alba at different concentrations.In the practice,the microbiological comparison before and after sterilizing Chinese traditional medicine decoction pieces with high pollution amount indicates the sterilizing effect.The use of sterilizer,in a low concentration and an appropriate extension of disinfection time,can make the microbial demise rate in the air reach more than 90%,and in a high concentration and a very short time,can make the microbial demise rate in the air reach more than 99%.Disinfection and sterilization in a human-machine coexistence environment has a good effect on disinfecting contaminatd bateria in traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.The xenon excimer sterilizer can efficiently,safely,and environmentally friendly disinfect and sterilize,and is worthy of promotion and use.
