摘 要:文章旨在探究OpaR在生物膜形成条件下的转录调控机制。通过对野生型和opaR基因突变株的转录组数据进行比较,发现OpaR共调控了2243个基因的转录,其中1164个下调,1079个上调。功能富集分析结果显示,这些基因涉及分子功能、细胞组分、生物学过程等方面。代谢途径分析结果表明,差异表达基因主要涉及细胞代谢通路和环境信息处理。此外,从数据中还筛选出了多个与生物膜形成相关的基因。这些发现为理解OpaR调控生物膜形成的分子机制提供了重要信息和参考。This article aims to investigate the transcriptional regulation mechanism of OpaR regulon under the biofilm formation condition.By comparing the transcriptome data of wild-type and opaR gene mutant strains,it was found that OpaR regulates the transcription of 2243 genes,of which 1164 were down-regulated and 1079 were up-regulated.The functional enrichment analysis displayed that these genes involved molecular function,cellular components,biological processes,and other aspects.The metabolic pathway analysis revealed that differentially expressed genes mainly involved cellular metabolic pathways and environmental information processing.In addition,multiple genes related to biofilm formation were screened from the data.These findings provided important information for understanding the molecular mechanisms by which OpaR regulates biofilm formation.
