摘  要:基于文旅融合时代实践背景,文章以精准对接长三角旅游新产业为目标,针对培养目标不一致、“双师型”教师短缺、创新创业机会有限和终身培训不完备等问题,采取深化教育教学改革、搭建创新创业平台、构建多元终身教育体系等措施,培养复合型、技能型、创新型长三角旅游人才,促进旅游经济高质量发展。实践价值不仅在旅游人才培养领域具有关键作用,而且还是对长三角经济新常态、终身教育、旅游职业、人才培养等领域知识进行价值判断的基础。文章结论强调了实践在构建长三角旅游经济新常态中的关键作用,为经济和社会发展提供了有力支持,也为其他地区提供了有益的经验借鉴。Based on the practical background of the integration of culture and tourism,this study aims to accurately connect education with the new tourism industry in the Yangtze River Delta.In response to issues such as inconsistent training goals,shortage of“dual teacher”teachers,limited opportunities for innovation and entrepreneurship,and incomplete lifelong training,this article proposes measures such as deepening education and teaching reform,building innovation and entrepreneurship platforms,and constructing a diversified lifelong education system in order to cultivate composite,skilled,and innovative tourism talents in the Yangtze River Delta,and promote high-quality development of the tourism economy.The practical value not only plays a crucial role in the field of tourism talent cultivation,but also serves as the foundation for value judgment of knowledge in the fields such as the new normal of the Yangtze River Delta economy,lifelong education,tourism profession,and talent cultivation.This study emphasizes the key role of practice in building a new normal of tourism economy in the Yangtze River Delta,and providing strong support for economic and social development,as well as useful experience and reference for other regions.
