针对于高温高湿储粮区的辐射隔热材料储粮仓房通风口降温改造研究

摘  要:高温高湿储粮区储粮仓房通风口在阳光直射下,渗入热量较多,易导致粮食发热、水分转移、滋生虫害等危害粮食安全的问题。过去用添加隔热材料来减缓热量的渗入,但由于材料技术的限制,通风口仍会吸收一部分太阳辐射热量而导致通风道的温度显著升高。针对此问题,本研究对地上笼通风口采用辐射制冷薄膜进行改造,改造隔热效果显著,成本低廉,便于推广。In the high temperature and high humidity grain storage area,the air vent of the grain storage warehouse penetrates more heat under direct sunlight,which easily leads to food heating,water transfer,breeding pests and other problems endangering food security.In the past,insulation materials were usually added to slow the infiltration of heat,but due to the limitations of material technology,the vent still absorbs part of the solar radiation heat,and the temperature of the vent increases significantly.To solve this problem,this study proposes to use radiation refrigeration film to transform the air vent of the cage on the ground,which has remarkable heat insulation effect,low cost and easy popularization.
