摘 要:随着城市高层建筑的快速发展,幕墙施工进度计划编制需要更加高效的智能化方法,因此提出一种基于改进遗传算法的幕墙施工进度计划智能化编排方法。在分析幕墙施工特点后,建立了考虑高空交叉施工作业冲突和施工单元转换约束的最小工期幕墙施工进度计划优化模型,采用改进的遗传算法对该模型进行求解,得到最短工期的施工进度计划。并在一个实际9层办公建筑项目中进行了验证与应用。结果表明,该智能化编排方法可在考虑各种约束条件的同时显著减少施工工期。该方法可为类似幕墙施工项目的进度计划编制提供参考。The accelerated growth of urban high-rise structures has led to the necessity for a more effective and intelligent approach to the planning of curtain wall construction schedules.The objective of this study is to propose an intelligent planning method for curtain wall construction schedules based on an improved genetic algorithm.After an analysis of the characteristics of curtain wall construction,an optimization model of curtain wall construction schedule with the shortest duration is established by considering the conflict of high-altitude cross-construction operations and the constraints of construction unit conversion.The improved genetic algorithm is then used to solve the model,resulting in the construction schedule with the shortest duration.Furthermore,the methodology was validated and applied in an actual commercial office building project.The results demonstrate that the intelligent scheduling method can markedly reduce the construction duration,considering various constraints.The findings of this study can serve as a reference for the schedule planning of similar curtain wall construction projects.
