摘 要:目的探究圆锥茎阿魏(Ferula conocaula Korovin)的成分及药理活性。方法采用多种技术对圆锥茎阿魏石油醚部位与乙酸乙酯部位进行分离纯化,用现代波谱方法对化合物进行结构鉴定,并对分离得到的化合物进行葡萄糖摄取试验。结果从圆锥茎阿魏中分离得到20个化合物,分别为正十六烷酸(1)、豆甾醇(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、莨菪亭(4)、香草醛(5)、pinoresinol(6)、硝基丙酸(7)、4-羟基苯乙基乙酸酯(8)、焦谷氨酸乙酯(9)、香草酸(10)、阿魏酸(11)、咖啡酸乙酯(12)、malyngicacid(13)、木犀草素(14)、(2E,4E)-sinkiangenoxide(15)、绿原酸甲酯(16)、(2Z,4E)-sinkiangenoxide(17)、二氢菜豆酸(18)、异香草酸(19)、酪醇(20),20个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。葡萄糖摄取试验结果显示化合物6、18具有较强的促葡萄糖摄取活性。结论通过多种技术手段从圆锥茎阿魏中提取分离了20个化合物,均为首次从该种植物中分离得到,且pinoresinol、二氢菜豆酸具有显著的降血糖效果。Objective To study the compositions and pharmacological activity of Ferula conocaula Korovin.Methods The petroleum ether part and the ethylacetate part were separated and purified by various technical means,and the compounds were structurally characterized by spectroscopic methods,and the isolated compounds were subjected to glucose uptake assay.Results Twenty compounds were obtained from F.conocaula,named lypalmitic acid(1),stigmasterol(2),β-sitosterol(3),scopoletin(4),vanillin(5),pinoresinol(6),nitropropionic acid(7),4-hydroxyphenethyl acetate(8),ethylpyroglutamate(9),vanillic acid(10),ferulic acid(11),ethyl caffeate(12),malyngic acid(13),luteolin(14),(2E,4E)-sinkiangenoxide(15),methylchlorogenate(16),(2Z,4E)-sinkiangenoxide(17),dihydrophaseic acid(18),isovanillin(19)and tyrosol(20).These 20 compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.The results of glucose uptake test showed that compounds 6 and 18 had significant hypoglycemic effect.Conclusion Twenty compounds were extracted and isolated from F.conocaula Korovin by various technological means,all of which were isolated from this plant for the first time,and pinoresinol and dehydrogenated caffea acid had significant hypoglycemic effects.
