聚酯纤维对透水沥青混合料的高温性能影响

摘  要:为了研究聚酯纤维对透水沥青混合料的高温性能影响,采用马歇尔稳定度和车辙动稳定度评价了不同聚酯纤维掺入量时[0%、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%、0.5%(质量分数)]透水沥青混合料的高温性能。向透水沥青混合料中掺加不同掺量的聚酯纤维制备聚酯纤维透水沥青混合料,对透水沥青混合料试件进行马歇尔稳定度试验和车辙动稳定度试验。分析对比试验结果可知:掺加适量的聚酯纤维可以有效地提高透水沥青混合料的马歇尔稳定度和车辙动稳定度;0.4%掺量下的聚酯纤维对透水沥青混合料的高温性能提升较大,不宜添加超过0.4%的聚酯纤维。To investigate the influence of polyester fibers on the high-temperature performance of permeable asphalt mixtures,the high-temperature performance of permeable asphalt mixtures with different polyester fiber additions[0%,0.2%,0.3%,0.4%,0.5%(mass fraction)]was evaluated using Marshall stability and rutting dynamic stability.Adding different amounts of polyester fibers to the permeable asphalt mixture to prepare polyester fiber permeable asphalt mixture,Marshall stability test and rutting dynamic stability test were conducted on the permeable asphalt mixture specimens.By analyzing and comparing the experimental results,it can be concluded that:adding an appropriate amount of polyester fiber can effectively improve the Marshall stability and rutting stability of permeable asphalt mixtures;the polyester fiber with a 0.4%content has a significant improvement in the high-temperature performance of permeable asphalt mixtures,and it is not advisable to add more than 0.4%polyester fiber.
