摘 要:演唱会、博览会、大型赛事等大型活动期间的短时客流高峰,对铁路旅客进站查验的安全和效率提出了严峻挑战。文章将反熵法和模糊综合评价模型结合,对大型活动期间铁路旅客进站查验效率进行评价,为提升铁路客运服务水平提供决策支持。首先,分展会、竞技赛事、文艺演出、和其他等四类场景,对大型活动的特点及影响进行分析;其次,从进站客流状态、车站查验水平以及车站服务水平三个维度,建立包含4个一级和11个二级的两级评价指标体系,进而选取模糊综合评价模型,并结合反熵法,进行客观赋权;最后,以2021年上海进博会相关调研数据为例,选取江浙沪皖范围内12个不同等级规模车站,对其进站查验效率进行评价。结果表明,大型活动期间铁路旅客进站查验效率与车站等级、查验环节承担的客流压力高度相关,并进一步针对不同等级车站现状存在的问题,给出了相关的建议。A short-term peak of passenger flow caused by the mega-event of concert,exhibition and large-scale competition,is a big challenge to the entrance check of railway passenger.The entrance check efficiency of railway station of mega-event can be accurately evaluated,with the combination of anti-entropy method with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,to improve the service level and judge the decision-making.Firstly,the characteristics and impacts of mega-event were analyzed,with four scenes including exhibitions,competitive events,artistic performances,and other events.Secondly,a two-level rating index system was established,including four primary indicators and eleven secondary indicators,with three dimensions of passenger flow status,station inspection level,and station service level.Furthermore,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was selected,in which the anti-entropy method was used for objective weighting.Finally,with relative survey data of 2021 Shanghai Import Expo,the entrance check efficiency in 12 railway stations was evaluated,which include different levels and scales in the Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shanghai,and Anhui areas.The results of case study show that the entrance check efficiency of railway passenger under mega-event is highly correlated with station level and passenger flow pressure.Further suggestions were provided to address the current problems of different levels of stations.
