摘　　要：文章利用波特五力模型,对洋浦港港口物流的现有竞争者的竞争力、购买者讨价还价能力、潜在竞争者威胁、替代品的替代能力、供应商的讨价还价能力五个方面进行分析,明确洋浦港港口物流发展所处的竞争环境,提出适应于洋浦港港口物流发展的措施,以此提高其港口物流竞争力。This thesis uses Porter's Five Forces Model to ana-lyze the competitiveness of existing competitors,the bargaining ability of buyers,the threat of potential competitors,the sub-stitution ability of substitutes and the bargaining ability of suppliers in Yangpu Port logistics,clarifies the competitive en-vironment for the development of Yangpu Port logisties,and puts forward measures to adapt to the development of Yangpu Port logistics.In order to improve the competitiveness of its port logistics.
