摘　　要：绳索取芯钻探技术已经比较成熟,但在地浸型砂砾岩地层钻探施工中仍然会遇到比较多的技术难题,主要由于地层条件比较复杂,常规的绳索钻具和施工工艺很难满足要求。通过对普钻单管取芯工艺和常规的绳索钻具取芯工艺特点进行研究,结合地质条件,优化钻孔级配、改善钻具结构、调整内外环空间隙、钻头水路结构等,对绳索取芯钻具、钻杆进行了创新设计,系统性优化了施工工艺方案,并通过实钻验证,成功地解决了绳索取芯钻具在地浸型砂砾岩地层钻探的难题。As the wireline coring technique is mature now,but there are still many technical problems when coring in leaching glutenite strata because of the complicated stratum and hard to drill using conventional tools and method.After study the features of the conventional single tube coring and standard wireline coring technology,considering the geological condition,optimized the drill scheme,improved design on bore hole structure,core barrel,gap between the borehole and core barrel,gaps between inner tube and outer tube,and diamond bit waterways,an innovative wireline core drilling system is invented.This new drilling system is proven success and the drilling problem in leachable glutenite strata is solved.
