摘 要:采用一系列结构不同的α-二亚胺镍催化剂,在倍半乙基氯化铝(EASC)作用下,以配位共聚的方法制备乙烯和乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(VTEoS)共聚物。研究了VTEoS的浓度、催化剂用量、n(Al)/n(Ni)、乙烯压力、聚合时间、溶剂以及催化剂结构对共聚反应的影响,得到了最优化的聚合条件。通过核磁共振(NMR)、哀减全反射傅里叶变换红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)、热失重分析(TGA)、焙烧法、聚合物膜的接触角测试等方法分别表征了聚合物的结构、热稳定性、硅质量分数和聚合物膜的表面性能。结果表明,以C4为催化剂,二氯甲烷为溶剂时,共聚活性(以1 mol Ni计)最高达9.10×10^(5) g/(mol·h),共聚物中硅的质量分数为0.74%~3.39%。含硅单体的引入,能够提高聚合物的热稳定性和疏水性能。The copolymers of ethylene and vinyltriethoxy-silane(VTEoS)can be prepared by α-diimide nickel catalysts with different structures under the activation of EASC via the coordination copolymerization method.In this paper,the effects of VTEoS concentration,catalyst dosage,Al/Ni molar ratio,ethylene pressure,polymerization time,solvent and catalyst structure on copolymerization were studied,and the optimal polymerization conditions were obtained.The copolymer structure,its thermal stability,the content of silicon in the copolymer and the surface properties of the ethylene/VTEoS copolymer film were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance(1H-NMR),Attenuated total internal reflectance Fourier infrared spectroscopy(ATR-FTIR),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),baking and measuring the contact angle of the film.The results showed that the highest catalytic activity reaches 9.10×10^(5) g/(mol·h)with C4 as the catalyst in methylene chloride,and the mass content of silicon in the copolymers was in a range of 0.74%—3.39%.The results suggest that introducing silicon-containing monomer into polyethylene chains can enhance the thermal stability and the hydrophobicity of the corresponding copolymer film.
