摘　　要：从我国经济发展历程来看,工业反哺农业是我国经济社会发展和转型的现实需要。工业作为承上启下的核心产业,其实力的强弱体现反哺能力的大小。反哺路径适合与否,也反映出一、二、三产业融合发展的联动效益。因此,研究工业反哺农业的路径模式,对促进区域产业结构调整、实现工业和农业协调发展具有重要意义。鄂尔多斯市乌审旗农牧业资源和工业资源丰富,工业反哺农业发展不断取得新成就。如何发挥工业反哺农业在乡村振兴中的重要作用,成为目前亟待解决的问题。因此,文章通过剖析我国几种工业反哺农业模式的特征,根据乌审旗工业反哺农业的发展现状,分析其现行路径,从就业反哺、制度反哺、产业反哺方面提出相应建议,以期进一步优化乌审旗“二产带一产,工业反哺农业”的路径选择,刺激一、二产业融合发展,扩大三产消费需求。From the perspective of China’s economic development process,industry feeding agriculture is a realistic need for China’s economic and social development and transformation.Industry,as the core industry that carries on the next,reflects the strength of its ability to feed the size of its strength.Feed the path suitable or not,also reflects the linkage benefit of the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the path mode of industry feeding agriculture to promote the regional industrial structure adjustment and realize the coordinated development of industry and agriculture.Uxin Banner of Ordos City is rich in agricultural and animal husbandry resources and industrial resources,and the development of industry feeding agriculture has constantly made new achievements.How to play the important role of industry feeding agriculture in rural revitalization has become an urgent problem to be solved at present.Therefore,this paper analyzes the characteristics of several kinds of industry-feeding agriculture in China,analyzes the current path of industry-feeding agriculture according to the current development situation of Uxin Banner,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions from the aspects of employment-feeding,system-feeding,and industry-feeding in order to further optimize the path selection of“secondary industry with primary industry,industry-feeding agriculture”in Uxin Banner,stimulate the integrated development of secondary industry,and expand the tertiary industry,as well as the integration development of secondary industry and the expansion of tertiary industry,secondary industries,and expand the consumption demand of the tertiary industry.
