摘 要:豆科植物与根瘤菌进行共生固氮是其重要的生理特征,提高豆科植物的生长,增强其结瘤固氮能力,不仅有利于自身产量的提高,还能够减少农业生产中氮肥的施用。腐植酸作为一种环境友好型的天然植物生长调节剂,在豆科植物增产提质中的作用受到研究者的广泛关注,其作用机制近年来也得到了很好的解析。本文总结了腐植酸在豆科植物结瘤、生长以及产量上的效果,并从根瘤菌生长、宿主代谢及植物微生物的角度系统性综述了腐植酸促进豆科植物结瘤生长的作用机制。同时,对腐植酸未来的研究方向和应用前景进行了展望,以期为深入研究其在农业生产中的高效应用提供理论依据。The symbiotic nitrogen fixation between legumes and rhizobia is an important physiological feature.Improving the growth of legumes and enhancing their nitrogen fixation ability is not only conducive to the improvement of their own yield,but also can reduce the application of nitrogen fertilizer in agricultural production.Humic acid,as an environmentally friendly natural plant growth regulator,has been widely concerned by researchers to increase the yield and improve the quality of legume plants,and its mechanism has been well analyzed in recent years.In this study,the effects of humic acid on legume nodulation,growth and yield were summarized,and the mechanism was focused on rhizobia growth,host metabolism and plant microbiome.At the same time,the future research direction and application prospect of humic acid were prospected to provide a theoretical basis for more extensive and in-depth research of humic acid and its effi cient application in agricultural production.
