摘　　要：甲状腺疾病是造成生育力下降的重要原因之一。生育力低下女性患甲状腺疾病比例逐年增加, 甲状腺功能对男性生殖系统的影响正逐渐引起重视。在行辅助生殖治疗前应对夫妇双方甲状腺功能进行检查, 尤其女方在进行卵巢刺激期间应注意甲状腺功能的变化, 对于甲状腺功能减退者, 需考虑左旋甲状腺素治疗。为了规范筛查和治疗, 参照国内外指南和文献形成本专家共识, 旨在为伴甲状腺疾病或功能异常的不孕不育夫妇提供治疗的辅助生殖科医生、内分泌科医生和妇科医生提供指导。Thyroid disease is one of the significant factors contributing to reduced fertility.The prevalence of thyroid disease in females with reduced fertility is on the rise.The impact of thyroid function on the male reproductive system is gaining attention.Therefore,it is crucial to test the thyroid function of couples before undergoing assisted reproductive technology(ART),especially during ovarian stimulation,and levothyroxine(LT4)therapy should be considered for patients with hypothyroidism.To standardize screening and treatment,this expert consensus is formed with reference to domestic and foreign guidelines and literature,aiming to provide guidance for assisted reproductive surgeons,endocrinologists and gynecologists who provide treatment for infertile couples with thyroid disease or dysfunction.
