摘 要:子宫内膜损伤修复障碍可能出现薄型子宫内膜, 可危害患者的生育功能, 导致不良的妊娠结果, 增加母婴并发症的发生率。间充质干细胞移植是子宫内膜再生领域的研究热点, 但干细胞在宫腔内定植存活率低是目前亟待解决的关键问题, 极大地限制了干细胞治疗的临床推广。搭载生物医学材料可实现间充质干细胞高效能的移植转化, 引导子宫内膜细胞的再生, 优化宫腔微环境, 为治疗薄型子宫内膜、改善妊娠结局提供潜在的治疗选择。Obstruction in repairing endometrial damage may result in thin endometrium,which can impair the patient's reproductive function,worsen pregnancy outcomes,and increase the incidence of maternal and infant complications.In the field of endometrial regeneration,mesenchymal stem cells transplantation is a research hotspot.However,a major obstacle that must be surmounted before stem cell therapy can be widely promoted clinically is the low survival rate of stem cell colonization in the uterine cavity.Mesenchymal stem cells can be transplanted and transformed efficiently,the uterine microenvironment can be optimized,endometrial cell regeneration can be guided,and potential therapeutic options for treating thin endometrium and improving pregnancy outcomes can be provided by applying biomedicl materials.
