摘　　要：技术市场的发展往往通过引入新的技术,从而改进生产流程、提高效率,降低成本。企业通过低成本生产产品或提供服务,不仅能够降低产品或服务价格,还能有效地将这些更具有价格优势的产品和服务传递给消费者,从而显著提升消费者福利。本文运用纵横向拉开档次法、Dagum基尼系数法和Markvo链分析等方法进行实证分析。研究发现:2022年我国技术市场发展程度相较于基期2011年上升;我国技术市场总体区域差异相较于基期2011年变小,其中区域间差异是总体区域差异的主要来源;技术市场发展程度在不同等级较为稳定。基于此,提出应完善技术市场法律法规和政策体系,保障市场主体的合法权益;发挥区域辐射效应,促进技术市场各地区均衡发展;因地制宜地发展不同水平的技术市场,发挥地区优势。The development of the technology market often involves introducing new technologies to improve production processes,increase efficiency,and reduce costs.By producing products or providing services at low cost,enterprises can not only reduce product or service prices,but also effectively deliver more price competitive products and services to consumers,thereby significantly improving consumer welfare.This article conducts empirical analysis using methods such as vertical and horizontal grading,Dagum Gini coefficient,and Markvo chain analysis.Research has found that the development level of China's technology market in 2022 has increased compared to the base year of 2011;The overall regional differences in China's technology market have decreased compared to the base year of 2011,with inter regional differences being the main source of overall regional differences;The development level of the technology market is relatively stable at different evels.Based on this,it is proposed to improve the legal and policy system of the technology market to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of market entities;Utilize regional radiation effects to promote balanced development of technology markets in different regions;Develop technology markets at different levels according to local conditions and leverage regional advantages.
