摘 要:某化肥公司2024年将尿素成品缩二脲优化作为科技创新项目,通过对CO_(2)汽提法尿素装置生产状况、工艺操作条件等进行分析与研究,确定了高压系统的负荷、氨碳比、蒸发温度与压力等是尿素成品缩二脲含量的重要影响因素,开展了尿素成品缩二脲优化研究阶段性试验,确定了尿素成品缩二脲最佳工艺参数操作范围并进行成果应用,实现了尿素成品缩二脲<0.85%的目标,解决了尿素成品肥效低的问题,提升了尿素产品市场竞争力,助力了尿素装置的稳定运行.In 2024,a fertilizer company selected the optimization of urea finished product biuret as a technological innovation project.Through analysis and research on the actual production and process operating conditions of the CO2 stripping urea plant,it was determined that the load of the high-pressure system,ammonia carbon ratio,evaporation temperature and pressure were important influencing factors on the content of urea finished product biuret.A phased experiment was carried out to optimize the urea finished product biuret,and the optimal process parameter operating range was determined and applied.The goal of urea finished product biuret<0.85%was achieved,which solved the problem of low fertilizer efficiency of urea finished products,improved the market competitiveness of urea products,and helped the stable operation of urea plants.
